Richard Breslin
Partner
Richard is an experienced family law solicitor, having worked exclusively in family law since qualification as a solicitor in 2009. Richard is knowledgeable in all areas of family law, including divorce, domestic abuse and children, but has particular expertise in care proceedings.
Richard has been a member of the Law Society’s specialist Children Panel panel since 2013. Although Richard often acts for the child, both through the Children’s Guardian and directly when it is considered the child has sufficient understanding to provide instructions directly, the majority of his work continues to be in representing parents.
It is always the lowest point for parents when they require our assistance but Richard’s extensive experience in such cases allows him to work with parents to identify what needs to be done to achieve the most positive outcome for both them and their child or children.
